Though Covid-19 canceled the annual camp last year, the 2021 Pony Youth Camp led by Stillwater Area High School head football coach Beau LaBore is slated for Monday, August 2 through Friday, August 6 this summer.

LaBore, who is assisted by over 30 Ponies varsity football players annually, uses the camp to develop football fundamentals, develop character, and allow players in third through sixth grade the opportunity to enjoy football.

“Our high school football players and I try to bring the backyard to our participants,” LaBore said. “The kids will learn household Ponies football drills and techniques. More importantly, we have a camp set up for kids to play football and have fun while working with the young men they will watch under the Friday Night Lights.”

The camp takes place at Stillwater Area High School on the turf practice field from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM and the early fee is $60 for the ninth straight year (late or walkup registration is $70).
