Please know Stillwater Area Public Schools will follow the Covid-19 virus protocols. As a result, Pony Performance Strength Training is limited to pod sizes of 25 athletes. This means there are limited slots available to football players. Preference will be given to juniors and seniors for the football sessions. Football athletes who play basketball are encouraged to attend the basketball session. Players in grade 9-10 are encouraged to register for the OPEN SESSION. If you are unable to register for one of these sessions, we hope athletes will attend a workout outside of SAHS.

--Training will take place in the PAC Weightroom, Track & Gyms
--Locker Rooms may be used during the session only - No Overnight Storage
--Masks are REQUIRED for all athletes (to be worn when moving between stations)

--All students planning to participate in the Fall Training Season must be registered for the High School Football Team. 

--(Registrations are accepted on SmartSchoolK12).  The cost covering the Fall Training Season and the Spring Season is one Fee, collected when registering.
--Students must be registered before equipment will be issued.
--If a player decides not to continue to be a member of the team after completion of the Fall Training Season, a refund (upon request) will be issued.

Please Note:  No spectators are allowed to be in attendance at the Scrimmage.  Pony Stadium will be closed. The coaching staff will film these sessions and make them available to players for parents to view.
