Coach Ryan Bartowsieski

Coach Ryan Bartosiewski is from Sauk Centre, MN and is a graduate of Sauk Centre High School. Coach Bartosiewski has an AA from Fergus Falls Community College and a BS from Bemidji State University. Coach Bartosiewski and his wife, Jenny, have two daughters, Brooke and Leah.  Coach Bartosiewski lives in Stillwater, MN. Coach Bartosiewski serves as a sophomore wide receivers coach and teaches Physical Education, Health, and Developmental Adapted Physical Education at Stillwater Area High School. The 2023 season marks his 13th year coaching in the district and 23rd year overall.

Coach Bartosiewski was an All-Conference football player at Sauk Centre. He also played basketball and baseball for the Mainstreeters. In baseball, they were State Class A Consolation Champions junior year and State Runner Up senior year. He was his school’s Male Senior Athlete of the Year in 1994. Coach Bartosiewski was a baseball captain at Fergus Falls CC before moving to Bemidji State where they won the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference in 1997.

One of the biggest influences on Coach Bartosiewski in football was his high school coach Bryan Olson. "Coach Olson was a great coach and even better person who taught us many life lessons."

Coach Bartosiewski’s best memory of Stillwater football was at Hastings in 2012. “It was the first game I saw at Todd Field at McNamara Stadium.  The atmosphere was awesome. The way the Ponies grinded it out and found a way to clinch the conference title was very memorable.”
